ATTENTION STAGEHANDS

We are actively assisting Locals 33, 122, 504, 614 in recruiting experienced stagehands for an event at the Anaheim Convention Center during the periods between September 1st - September 16th, 2026.

If you are an experienced professional in any of the following disciplines, we want to hear from you:

  • Lighting (Techs, Operators, Crew)

  • Video (Techs, Operators, Crew)

  • Audio (Techs, Operators, Crew)

  • Stage Carpentry

  • Rigging

  • Truck Loading

  • Lift Operators (Fork, Scissor, Boom)

ALL WORK WILL BE DISPATCHED THRU LOCALS 33, 122, 504, 614 WE CANNOT HIRE ANYONE AS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR FOR THIS EVENT PLEASE CONTACT THE LOCAL UNION IN YOUR AREA.

General Requirements & Arrival

  • Punctuality: Show up on time and ready to work. You must sign in and out each day of work as directed by your supervisors.

  • Documentation: Be prepared to provide proof of citizenship (e.g., Driver’s License, Social Security Card, or Passport).

  • Conduct: Be mindful and respectful of the property, fellow workers, and supervisors. Follow all directions from supervisors and leads.

  • Safety & Sobriety: Work safely and efficiently. Alcohol and drug use is strictly prohibited during work hours.

  • Credentials & Health: Follow and adhere to all credentialing policies, requirements, procedures, and current COVID safety protocols.

Dress Code & Tools

  • Attire: Dress appropriately as required by the client.

  • PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): You must bring and wear proper safety attire, including Hard Hats, Steel-Toed Boots, and Safety Vests.

  • Tools: Bring the proper tools required for the specific job classification you are assigned.

Strict Media Policy

  • Zero Tolerance: Taking pictures, making recordings, or posting on social media of any kind is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in immediate termination.

Standby Crew & Parking Info

Every year, we are able to provide work for technicians who show up and get on the standby list. If you would like to be added to the standby roster:

  1. Print your [Car Park 4 Parking Pass].

  2. Park explicitly in Car Park 4 (Review the [Parking Map] for directions).

  3. Report directly to the designated Standby Area located between Halls B & C.
